What is the delivery charge on products?

Most products are delivered free within UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands). Larger products require palletising, cost is dependent on quantity and location

How do I install a PRODUCT?

Our Acoustic Hoods will generally have pre-drilled mounting points or mounting brackets fitted. Some products also include a wall fixing pack, please refer to specifications for further details

Do you provide an installation service?

No, we do not install products but they are very straightforward to install, please contact us if unsure

Do I get a warranty with my purchase?

Products carry a 12 month return to base guarantee against faulty manufacture

What is the delivery time on a product?

Most items are in stock and can be delivered with 2-3 days (UK Mainland)

What is the DEADLINE FOR SAME DAY DESPATCH?

To be sure of same day despatch (stock permitting), your order should ideally be processed by 12.00

What do IP Ratings mean?

IP ratings apply to enclosures such as our telephone cabinets. They indicate how the enclosure protects against water and dust ingress, the higher the better

Do you take credit card payment?

We don't currently process card payments but can accept bank transfers or you can apply for a credit account

Can you produce a product in a colour of my choosing?

Yes we can manufacture products in different colours, however there may be minimum quantities or surcharges applicable

Do you have a show room?

Yes, we do! You are welcome to inspect and evaluate our products, please email or call to make an appointment

Are all of the Storacall products suitable for outdoor use?

Not all products are suitable for outdoor use, please contact us if unsure
