'Hippo' Tough and Weatherproof Phone Enclosures
Storacall TeleAcoustics Ltd have just launched the new 'Hippo' range of tough and weatherproof telephone cabinets, which are suitable for internal or external locations providing protection for the enclosed telephone instrument against water, dirt, dust and other environmental hazards. The cabinets are suitable for Out of hours, Emergency, Security, Information and Help Line applications as well as situations where the use of mobile or radio telephones is inappropriate or banned.
The 'Hippo' product range has ingress protection ratings up to IP66 classification making it ideal for outdoor installations such as Gate Control Points, Police Stations, Airport Tarmacs and Piers, Naval Yards, Marinas, Fuelling Jetties, Farms, military perimeters and Football Grounds as well as for Internal installations in Factories, Hospitals, Leisure Centres, Offices and Public Buildings.
The 'Hippo' range is available in three model types being Hippo RP constructed in rigid plastic composite, Hippo RM rotationally moulded in medium density polythene making it extremely robust and impact resilient and Hippo ST Manufactured in mild steel with stone colour powder coat paint finish offering a high level of security.
All models include internal back plates for securing telephone instruments and are available for wall or post mounting with a choice of colours, telephone handset logos and texts as well locking options if required
